My Time to Craft and Pollycraft Challenges

Hi everyone!! I'm back again!! I can't believe how much I'm crafting at the moment, maybe August is my month?? July was a rotten month but this one feels so much better!!

Anyway, onto this week's challenge at My Time to Craft and this week we would like to see you using your neglected stash!! Well, much the same as my card yesterday for Sketch and Stash, I have used my neglected K&Co papers. The funny thing is, now that I've re-found them they are no longer neglected ha ha!! It just goes to show that if you raided your craft stash you wouldn't actually have to buy anything ever again (yeah, right lol!!)

My image is from Daisy May Designs, and the great news is that as I type this image is available as a freebie from here (16th July post)!! I've coloured the image with Pro Markers, I'm trying blending the colours at the moment, craft supplies are so much fun when you actually know how to use them properly ha ha!! I have the Passion for ProMarkers Challenge to thank for the handy tips!!

And here is my card for the Pollycraft Challenge this week which is Buttons and Bows... again I have used a freebie image on this card, Feathers the Dragon available from here!!

I decided to create a scene with Feathers, as soon as I saw him I knew I had to combine him with the Castle and the princess, and his envelope just had to be an invitation to a party!! Sometimes I just get a light bulb moment, it amazes me lol!! Anyway, I coloured everything with ProMarkers and just added loads of embellies to make it look pretty! Check out the DT creations on the Pollycraft blog, all the girls have made cracking examples once again!! I will be taking part in the next Pollycraft Challenge, it's all very exciting and I can't wait!!
