Hi everyone! I am so behind with everything blogging wise this week (but that's not something new he he!!) my excuse this week is that I've been decorating! I've been painting the kitchen a lovely mint colour, it looks really fresh and bright which is strange because it was cream before but now it looks brighter!! I've also bought 2 rolls of gorgeous wallpaper to paper the chimney breast, there is so much that I would love to do to my house, but as the money isn't there I'm 'tarting' the house up on a budget ha ha!!
Anyway, I will be visiting everyone at some point this week but I had to pop on to post my card for My Time to Craft as it's a day late already!! It was my time to pick the theme this week so I decided on a sketch and this is my card...

The image was sent to me by the lovely Linda, the sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly and the papers are K&Co.I also had a few spare moments to make some cards the other day as Dylan was being nice to me and gave me a few hours to play... this is a very rare occurrence I can tell you!!
My second card is for the Pollycraft Challenge where the lovely and talented Lynsey has produced a gorgeous sketch to follow with the added theme of 'Food and Drink'.
I used one of the Sharing Sherbet accessory stamps to create the butterfly background and the little cub, I did some hand stitching, and added some glitter (hope you can see it!) My food is the little cup cakes.I also found a new Crafter's Companion Challenge Blog this week, I love Crafter's Companion products and there was a yummy sketch so I had to play along! There is also the added challenge of making a card for a young person, here is the card I made...
I used my 'boys' stamps for the first time and decided on a colour scheme using the primary colours as it was a card for a child. Dylan thought this card was really cool when I showed it to him, I don't think he will let me give this one away! Well, that's it from me!! Have a great weekend everyone, I've heard it's going to be a sunny one (just in time for me to start my weekend shift at work... oh well... at least I won't burn ha ha!!)

just love your amazing cards ~ and you have been decorating ~a job that really needs doing in my house ~only the new boiler etc cost far more than we budgeted for ~so decorating is on hold (again)!

Hi Becky sorry not been by for a while like you just not had the time been out all day today first chance I have had to check computer.
