I get very sentimental about my first stamps, and the early Sugar Nellie stamps remind me of last Spring when I started blogging and really got obsessed with rubber stamping!
So today I decided to dust some of them off and make some challenge cards...
My first card is for Cute Card Thursday, imagine my delight at another Pink and Brown challenge after making my Cute Daisy May card yesterday! My favourite colour combo as it always makes such pretty cards!
For my card I've used one of Rachelle Anne Miller's stamps made for Sugar Nellie. Can you believe I have every one of Rachelle's stamps made for Sugar Nellie (think I was a bit obsessed by them!!) I've simply coloured Lola with Lyra Aquacolours and then used some Papermania papers and some blooms and buttons for decoration. I've used Clare Curd's stamps again, I love this 'Have a Happy Day' sentiment as it's suitable for a birthday card or a 'just because' card.
My second card is for the Stampavie and More challenge which is red and white, I've added a bit of black too, hope that will be OK!!
Here's another of my old Sugar Nellie stamps, I bought him with a few other 'boy' stamps as I knew they'd come in handy for those 'hard' cards!! I coloured him again with Lyra Aquacolours, the papers are a mix of K&Co and Daisy D's.
Well, that's it for today. Thanks for looking as always and I'll be back tomorrow with my Crafty Muse card.
Love Becky xx
