The challenge at Dottie's World this week is to create something that has a detachable part, so you could add a tag or a bookmark etc... I decided to make a topper for a scrapbook page. I used the pregnant Dottie Download from the Love and Marriage Collection and went over one of the coloured images with Pro Markers. I added flowers, wire and gems to 'tart' it up a bit!
If you pull the flowers and the ribbon at the top you will reveal a tag with little baby boy Dot on it, again coloured with Pro Markers.
And this is what they look like side-by-side. I will put the topper on a scrapbook page I have in mind for the day we went for our second scan and found out we were having a boy! I thought this was a nice idea for the detachable element of the challenge!Well, I've been a naughty blogger, I've still got to upload 2 award thanks (I'll do it tomorrow-promise!) and have not been hopping for a few days so expect me round yours tonight lol!
