I really must apologise to my Cute Daisy May and My Time to Craft teamies for posting my DT cards so late... it's just been one of those weeks and as they say... better late than never!!
My first card is for the Cute Daisy May Challenge where the theme this week in Pink and ? I decided to choose a retro colour scheme of pink and orange, inspired by these gorgeously zesty DCWV papers!
For my card I used this cutesy image from sheet 72 , when I placed her onto the square background paper it reminded me of Top of the Pops for some reason...
My next card is for My Time to Craft where the theme is 'Polka Dots Party' we would like to see spots or dots on your cards and I made this...
I have used this image for the first time from the Magnolia Summer Kit, the papers and ribbon are both PaperMania products... this was a quickie as I was pushed for time. This challenge will run for 2 weeks due to holidays.In other news Dylan is still at home with me... it seems like everyone else's kids have started nursery or school, Dylan will start on 28th September as they induct the youngest first and with him being one of the eldest he goes in the last week. It's strange because he's been at home for almost 4 years now, and now it's time for him to start school I don't want him to leave me!! When he was a screaming baby I dreamed of these days... my mum told me I'd feel like this, I didn't believe her but it's so true that mother's know best!!
I've also got some exciting news to share soon... but you'll have to wait for now he he!!
