Sketch Saturday
This week at Sketch Saturday Gill from the DT has created a gorgeous sketch, I really enjoyed this one! I coloured this Precious moments image with just 3 shades of Pro Markers for a subtle effect (I chose Lavender, Blush and Apricot). The flowers, brads, rub-ons and papers are all those which I've had in my stash for ages and I've finally got round to using!Cute Card Thursday
The theme this week at Cute Card Thursday is Christmas Animals, I thought this was such a cute theme! I used this super cute Penny Black stamp which I got half price last year from the Glitter Pot (not that I'm gloating lol!!) I coloured the robins with Spice and Poppy Pro Markers and the cat with Spice, Saffron and Apricot. The papers, flowers and brads are oldies from my stash again, the ribbon was actually recycled packaging from some PJ's I bought from Primark!!
Lili of the Valley
There is a super sketch by the very talented Nikki this week at the Lili of the Valley Challenge Blog. I bought these die cuts at the NEC last year and I think I need to get some more as I've nearly used them all! I think I might go for stamps this time though!! All the papers and decorations are again ones that I've had for ages.
